Annual General Meeting

Of Note:
1. Vote on the proposed new Bylaws and Terms of Incorporation. These have already been circulated. To keep the meeting short we would like a straight yes/no vote. If you don't like a part of iite, there is a mechanism within it whereby the members can change it, so use that.
2. I will be retiring a General Manager but will stay on the board and do some tasks. Related is number 3
3. With increasing membership we need to broaden the volunteer base. The club needs both money (to pay the rent) and volunteer time from all members. How can we achieve that? For discussion.
4. Election of board members, Felix';s and Wilhelm's terms are expiring.
5. Silent auction for the last set of donated games. Sadly the War in Europe set was woefully incomplete, but there are some good games in there.
