The AGM for the Dragonflight corporation and Metro Seattle Gamers (MSG) will be held at 2:00 pm. Sunday October 27th, 2024 at the Metro Seattle Gamers clubhouse. The meeting will be simultaneously available on the "club-meeting" Discord channel but you will have a better experience attending in-person.

If you never attended an AGM then consider doing so. It is the only time when the majority of the club is one room and can discuss how the club is going and what we want to be and do; this meeting isn’t just bureaucracy.

The Dragonflight convention (now known as Dragonflight GameCon) split from the corporation in August 2023. This Dragonflight AGM is for the portion of the corporation which remains, i.e. effectively just MSG. However, until we have merged the bylaws of Dragonflight corporation and MSG we must hold two AGMs, although the Dragonflight LLC AGM is likely to be very short.

The membership of Dragonflight corporation is now exactly the membership of MSG, plus the small number of lifetime members.

This meeting is open to all members of MSG who have paid their dues as of October 20th, although others may attend but not vote. The membership reserves the right to close the meeting to only the active membership of MSG. During this meeting the MSG clubhouse will be closed to other activities.

Dragonflight LLC AGM

This part should be short because MSG is the actual operating body.

4. Election of Dragonflight Board Members 
   1. There are five (5) board positions; four (4) are up for reelection. Board members oversee the running of the Dragonflight/MSG, but the MSG General Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations.

Voting Rights

All paid-up MSG members (Key, Associate, Group Leader, Supporter, Facilities Manager, and Lifetime) have one vote in the Dragonflight Corporate AGM.
